At True Nutra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unwashed apparel. If your new fit isn't quite right, we've made the exchange and return process simple and hassle-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box to ensure they arrive back safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
